Good capture cards for xbox 360?

Which one of these capture cards will be good for an all in one -easy to use capture card for my xbox 360. Which one comes with everything I need to make a machinima (besides microphone and stuff) and doesn't need any extra cords. Its a plus if it can work on other systems. I'd rather use my normal tv and not the high def one, unless u think it would be a huge difference/ problem.Ive got two laptops, one with vista and one with xp (which would be better?) and I need to know which one of those I should get that would work good with that, or If you have any other suggestions link em in your answer please, Thanks! -Sorry for posting again, didnt get any good answers just another spammer
