isn't it impossible to take security tags off by hand?
this is the problem, 2 of my friends went to hollister and they stole clothing, a tank top and a shirt. that is what they told me. then i was like " how can you even steal from hollister, they have tose security tags on them". and they said u have to pull it off by grabbing the long side and the circle side and pull it apart. and i was like "thats impossible, you can't take it off like that because you can ruin the clothes" and they said that was how they did that.
well my question is , can u really do that, becuase i dnt think you can, i mean my two friends are quite weak and i think that they are lieing to me, but i have no idea of how they can take the tags off with their hands. so is that true that sonebody can do that?
Not all of those tags are ink tags. Many are electronic tags that cause the sensors by the doors to go off. I suppose it would be possible to pry them apart if you knew how to grab them, but the ink tags will burst if you try to remove them with your hands in the store.
