I NEED HELP WITH MY WEIGHT! PLEASE HELP!?
I am 13 years old, 14 in March and I recently got back from a vacation 5 days ago. Before vacation, I was about 119-121 lb. Depending on the day. While on vacation, I ate a little worse than I usually do. Now today I weighed about 125 lb. I am looking to loose a little bit of weight.
In 2 weeks I am starting club volleyball again. We practice 3-4 days a week. It's pretty intense though.
WHEN I START VOLLEYBALL WILL I LOOSE SOME WEIGHT???
AND WHAT ARE SOME OTHER THINGS THAT MIGHT HELP ME LOOSE A FEW POUNDS A BIT FAST???
Please don't tell me I am too young to worry about this kind of stuff. I just want to get back to my original weight soon or maybe a tiny bit less. Thank you for all the help
When you start volleyball you may actually gain some weight in muscle, and remember it weighs more then fat. You seem like an athletic person, so I think you have a good weight.
